This agreement is for twelve months from the date below but may be cancelled by either The Outlet or Instant Menu by giving one months notice in writing.

The Outlet agrees to offer a promotion or promotions for the exclusive use of Instant Menu members.

The promotion(s) will have a potential monetary value of at least five pounds.

Any changes to promotions or requests for new promotions must be made in writing either by fax, email or via the Instant Menu website giving at least fourteen days notice.

The Outlet must supply Instant Menu with a valid email address or fax number to which Instant Menu can send confirmation of any changes to promotional offers or notification of other changes in the Instant Menu service likely to affect The Outlet; changes so notified shall be deemed to have been accepted by The Outlet unless rejected in writing within seventy two hours of time of transmission of the confirmation or notification.

Changes to promotions will be limited to one per month.

When running either the New Customer promotion or the Frequent Diner promotion, determination of the eligibility of an Instant Menu Member to participate in the promotion will be the responsibility of The Outlet.

The Outlet agrees to indemnify Instant Menu against any claims for loss or damages by Instant Menu Members relating to a refusal by The Outlet to honour promotions validly entered on the Instant Menu web site.
